This PA Day class has something for beginners and for those with sewing experience:
Beginners learn the basics of sewing with a sewing machine and sew an easy advent calendar that gives a lot of opportunity for creativity: choosing a background fabric, adding matching pockets, edging ribbon and embellishments.
Students with some sewing experience can choose to sew a quilted advent calendar. They will learn to work with stabilizer, layering a quilt with batting and backing fabric, as well as adding a border.
