WEEKLY GROUP CLASSES
Missed classes cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable.
However we do our best to offer you a spot in one of our other classes for missed classes during the term. Therefore if you know that you will be unable to attend a class, please notify us, so that the spot can be offered to another student who is looking for a makeup class spot.
WEEKLY PRIVATE OR SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES
Max. 2 rescheduling of classes per term.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR CAMPS AND PA DAY CLASSSES
Sew Creative reserves the right to cancel a camp/PA day class if minimum numbers of registrations are not reached. Fees already paid for will be refunded in full.
In the event of a customer cancelling a camp spot: Cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to camp date: Full camp fees minus an administration fee of $50.00 will be refunded. Cancellation between 2 and up to 8 weeks prior to camp date: 40% of camp fees, minus $50 if payment was made by credit card, will be refunded. Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to camp date: Sorry, no refund can be given.
Missed days during a camp cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable.
RISK WAIVER
I (parent/guardian) recognize that there may be a risk of injury involved in participating in the sewing classes/camp that I/my child signed up for. I am willing to assume such risk of injury for the child I am registering and for whom I am legally responsible. I assume full responsibility during their participation in the classes/camp. Sew Creative cannot be held responsible for risk willingly assumed, and I therefore release and forever discharge Sew Creative of all actions, injury, damage, claims and demands whatsoever arising by reason of participating in the classes/camp.
Shoes or comfortable slippers MUST be worn at all times in the sewing studio. Flipflops are fine in the summer (separate from outdoor shoes please).
